Sally G. Matthews runs a flourishing therapy practice in a safe and confidential setting within one mile of Romford town centre, Greater London. Her individual clients come from all walks of life and one of the most rewarding things that she gleans from them is seeing them grow in confidence and achieving their dreams. Sally is a qualified Life Coach, CBT practitioner and has a good background in NLP and Counselling. She also has more than two decades of experience running her other successful business 'Goddard Music Tuition' as a qualified private music teacher, specialising in Guitar and Piano tuition.
Sally discovered Life Coaching in 2003 and the inspiration to enhance her self-development compelled her to study and research NLP. During her studies Sally remarkably uncovered overwhelming similarities between Life Coaching and her own unique approach to one-to-one teaching: encouraging her pupils to succeed with their grades and especially being there for them through personal difficulties.
In September 2005 Sally embarked on a diploma course in Life Coaching with Oxford College and in March 2013 she completed two courses in CBT with the Association for Psychological Therapies.
Sally is happily married to Grant and together they have a twenty-one year old son called George who has his own tutoring agency offering lessons in Maths, Computer Science, Business Studies, Economics, Sciences, Humanities and Languages: scholar2scholar.com
